We are easily accessible from Tokyo. We offer complimentary transportation to and from Hakuba Train Station or Happo Bus Terminal. Please ask our staff for details when making your reservation.

 

Van pick up service

Koharu Resort Hotel & Suites has a complimentary shuttle van service to and from Hakuba Train Station, Happo Bus Station and Hakuba Base Camp Echoland which runs during our reception hours from 8am to 8pm. The ride is approximately 5-10 minutes to Koharu. Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance so we can schedule in your pick-up!

From Tokyo by train (approximately 3 hours)

Departing from Tokyo Station to Nagano, passengers take the Nagano Bullet Train (Asama Shinkansen) (1.5 hours). Scheduled buses operate regularly between Nagano station (EAST EXIT) and Hakuba (approximately 1 hour) – please ask our staff for the latest schedule.

 

From Osaka by train (approximately 4 hours)

Depart from the Shin-Osaka Station by Bullet Train to Nagoya Station (50 mins) and then take the Limited Express Train to Matsumoto Station (2 hours). From Matsumoto take the Express Bus to Hakuba (1 hour)
